About the Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Appointment Coordinator initiates utilizing both phone and internet strategies, booking appointments for the Sales Consultants.
Schedule: Full-Time
Wage: $18 - $24 per hour

Who You Are:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Appointment Coordinator is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in the hotel industry would be an asset
- A proven track record of success in sales and customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
- Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid Class 5 or 7 BC driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
- Engaging with customers to gather feedback on their experience at Langley Chrysler
- Scheduling sales appointments with customers
- Delivering exceptional service to ensure positive customer experiences
- Escalating issues to the appropriate management team
- Operating within a structured, process-oriented environment
- Utilizing multiple software applications
- Keeping the customer database current and accurate
- Working with CRM systems
- Adhering to company safety policies and promptly reporting any accidents to a supervisor
- Performing additional duties as assigned by management
