Lot Attendant

The Lot Attendant is responsible for checking the quality control of our pre-owned aged inventory. This role is responsible for daily inspections on our vehicles after they have completed the recon process in addition to supporting Lot manager and the Lot team in greeting customers, parking and delivering customer vehicles, cleaning vehicles as necessary, and providing general lot supervision throughout the normal course of business.
Schedule : Full-time Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM.
Wage: $19/h - $21/h
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Accepts new vehicle shipments from carriers and ensures they are clear of damage
- Manages the flow of traffic for the dealership lots, new and used car sales, and the general service area
- Performs general wash and vacuums to stationary new vehicle inventory
- Ensures the front line of vehicles on Lot, showroom and showcase display area are cleaned and organized
- Hangs window stickers on inventory immediately after being stocked in
- Cleans and moves vehicles in and out of the Showroom when necessary
- Maintains lot order, even in designated customer parking areas
- Ensures all washes, clean ups and details maintain the highest level of quality control
- Ensures that pre-owned vehicles awaiting re-conditioning are organized and accessible for the Service department
- Communicates effectively with Department Managers to ensure all lot/detail duties are completed in a timely manner

Who You Are:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Lot/Valet Attendant is preferred but not required
- Valid Class 5 or Class 7 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to work outdoors and stand on your feet for extended periods of time
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Strong communication skills
