Who We’re Looking
For:
✔ Passionate
about supporting and developing a happy and thriving team
✔ 3+ year of experience as an HR
Generalist
✔ Motivated
to grow in a fast-paced environment
✔ Expertise
in talent acquisition, onboarding, employment agreements and OH&S
✔ Proficient
in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating software
✔
Positive and extroverted personality, comfortable with speaking to groups
✔ Ability
to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and
interpersonal skills
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $63,000 - $70,000/year
The final agreed upon salary may
vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

What your day will
look like:
Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee
records to ensure accuracy and compliance
Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process from job postings to
interview coordination
Onboarding: Coordinate
the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing materials and
conducting orientations
Employee Inquiries: Be
the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing assistance on
policies, and procedures
HR Systems & Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports, tracking key workforce
metrics, and supporting data-driven decision-making
Reward & Recognition: Conduct
research and analysis of competitive compensation practices to support reward
and recognition programs
OH&S Compliance: Conduct
audits and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations
HR Projects: Collaborate
with HR leadership to enhance and expand HR initiatives and programs, driving
efficiency and employee engagement
