Who We’re Looking
For:
✔ Passionate
about sales and customer service
✔ 1+ year in automotive lease
administration, collections or similar roles within the automotive or
finance industry.
✔ Motivated
to grow in a fast-paced environment
✔ Strong
communication skills and the ability to navigate collections with
professionalism and confidence while maintaining positive customer
relationships.
✔ Proficient
in MS Office and comfortable navigating lease management software and CRM systems
Schedule: Full-Time;
Mon-Fri
Compensation: $60,000-$70,000
What your day will
look like:
Lease Portfolio Management:
- Administer and oversee the dealership’s in-house lease portfolio
- Review
and process lease approvals, renewals, and terminations, including
evaluating lease applications to determine eligibility for approval.
- Ensure
lease terms, conditions, and payments are accurately reflected in the
system amendments.
- Collaborate
with finance and sales teams to ensure compliance with internal policies
and regulatory standards.
Collections Management:
- Monitor
lease payments, identify overdue accounts, and initiate timely follow-up
actions.
- Develop
and implement strategies to resolve overdue accounts and minimize bad
debt.
- Engage
with customers to ensure prompt payment, offering solutions where
necessary.
- Prepare
and maintain collections reports, highlighting delinquent accounts and
progress.
Customer & Dealer Support:
- Serve
as the primary contact for customers regarding lease inquiries, payment
issues, and account balances.
- Provide
professional and timely communication to ensure a positive experience and
address concerns.
- Collaborate
with the sales team to support customers throughout the lease lifecycle.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain
accurate records of lease agreements, payment schedules, collections
activities, and customer interactions.
- Generate
periodic reports on portfolio performance, aging receivables, and
collections status for management review.
- Ensure
all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
