✔ 2+ years of experience as a talent recruiter

✔ Motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment

✔ A People Person – You’re an excellent communicator who can engage candidates and hiring managers with ease.
✔ Proactive & Resourceful – You don’t wait for talent to come to you; you actively seek out the best candidates through various sourcing strategies.
✔ Detail-Oriented & Organized – You manage multiple roles, track candidate progress, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
✔ Driven by Results – You understand the importance of hiring top talent and are motivated by hitting recruiting goals.
✔ Tech-Savvy – You’re comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools to find and engage talent.

Schedule: Contract – 8 months with possibility of converting to permanent

Compensation: $60,000-$100,000/year – including commission

What your day will look like:

🔍 Sourcing & Engaging Talent – Proactively search for top candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals to build a strong pipeline.

📞 Screening & Interviewing – Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

🤝 Partnering with Hiring Managers – Collaborate with department leaders to understand their hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.

📝 Managing the Hiring Process – Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience from start to finish.
