Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Passionate about customer service
✔ 1-2+ years of recent experience with Auto Body Collision/ICBC experience

✔ Motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment

✔ BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.

✔ Confidence on the phone, positive attitude and desire to exceed customer expectations

Schedule: Full-Time; Mon-Fri: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Compensation: $18-$23/hr (dependent on experience)

What your day will look like:

·        Obtain and verify customer/insurance authorization for all repairs, ensuring proper documentation and approvals are secured before work begins.

·        Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and promptly.

·        Provide daily administrative support to the Body Shop department.

·        Process payments and review invoices with clients upon vehicle pickup.

·        Maintain and organize documents, including filing and retrieval.

·        Assist the Office Manager and Estimators with various tasks.
