Who We’re Looking
For:
✔ Passionate
about customer service
✔ 1+ years experience in scheduling,
reservations or logistics coordination
✔ Motivated
to grow in a fast-paced environment
✔ BC
Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.
✔
Confidence on the phone, positive attitude and desire to exceed customer
expectations
Schedule: Part Time – 24
hours/week , 9am to 6pm
Compensation: $19-$24/hr
What
your day will look like:
Customer Service Excellence: Delivering outstanding service with a positive attitude and
professionalism
Book Appointments: Using Dealer Management Systems to schedule future service
appointments via outbound calls, texts, and emails.
Communication: Managing customer requests through phone, email, and text,
ensuring accurate information collection. Utilizing Dealer Management Systems
for outbound communications.
Follow-Up: Promptly addressing service inquiries, conducting after-service
follow-ups, sharing feedback with relevant parties, and documenting notes.
Preparing Internal Requests: Creating simple internal repair orders to service, repair and
maintain dealership-owned vehicles.
