Hiring: Talent Scout (Recruiter / Talent Sourcer) – Langley, BC
Trotman Auto Group (TAG) is
growing. We’re looking for a Talent Scout
who’s motivated, proactive, and excited about the hunt for top talent. This
is a 6-month contract role with potential to go permanent.
About the
Role
You’ll take ownership of outbound sourcing and
headhunting across multiple departments. You’ll work closely with hiring
managers, support our internal team, and ensure all talent acquisition aligns
with TAG’s brand and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and headhunt talent via LinkedIn, job boards,
referrals, and networks
- Partner with hiring managers to understand and deliver on
recruitment needs
- Conduct phone screens and interviews
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process
- Represent TAG branding and culture in all candidate touchpoints
- Collaborate with industry partners to expand sourcing reach
- Support the Recruitment team as needed
What We’re
Looking For
- 2+ years experience in recruitment or talent sourcing
- Outbound sourcing and headhunting experience required
- Self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
- Excited by the challenge of finding and hiring top talent
- Team player with an understanding of TAG’s culture and values

- Location: Langley, BC
- Type: Full-time, 6-month contract
- Salary: $60,000–$90,000 (based on experience, commission)
- Potential to transition into a permanent role
