Who We’re Looking
For:
✔ Passionate
about sales and customer service
✔ 2+ years experience in customer
care or reception role
✔ Motivated
to grow in a fast-paced environment
✔ Experienced
with multi-line phone systems and always staying friendly and positive while
providing great customer service
✔ Ability
to create and maintain customer relationships.
✔ Proficiency
in MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems like Dealer Socket.
Schedule: Full-Time; Mon – Thurs,
7:30am-4:00pm & Friday 8:30am-6:00pm
Compensation: $21-25/hr
What your day will
look like:
Customer Service: Efficiently assist
both internal and external customers, ensuring the highest level of service and
promptly addressing all client inquiries.
Telephone Management: Answer and direct
all incoming calls on a multi-line switchboard, ensuring smooth communication
flow.
Administrative
Duties:
Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical tasks to keep operations
running smoothly.
Payment Processing: Take payments for
services & products, prepare necessary correspondence and documents.
Stock Management: Oversee the
management of new and used vehicle stock in process, ensuring accurate records
and availability.
