Who We’re Looking
For:
✔ Passionate
about sales and customer service
✔ 2+ years experience in automotive
sales management
✔ Motivated to grow in a
fast-paced environment
✔ Valid
VSA license and BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.
✔ Ability
to create and maintain customer relationships.
✔ Proficiency
in MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems like Dealer Socket.
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $120,000 -
$200,000 (Full Commission)
What your day will
look like:
Performance
Monitoring and Coaching: Monitor and analyze Sales Consultant performance,
train and coach the sales team to meet sales targets.
Sales Support: Assist Sales
Consultants with closing deals and handling customer inquiries
Customer Interaction: Ensure high
customer satisfaction ratings by managing customer issues and escalations
effectively.
Inventory and
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on available inventory, product knowledge, finance options, and
industry trends.
Metrics and
Reporting: Measure
and report sales metrics, monitor actual performance against plans.
