Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Talent Screener to
join our HR team on a part-time basis. This remote opportunity is ideal for
someone passionate about recruitment and candidate experience, with strong
communication skills and a knack for identifying top talent. If you thrive in a

Position: Talent Screener (Part - Time)
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday and possible weekends, 25
hours/week
Salary: $25/hour + bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct
initial phone screenings for candidates applying to roles in sales,
service, finance, and other key departments.
- Review
resumes and applications to assess qualifications and alignment with job
requirements.
- Coordinate
interview scheduling between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
to ensure a smooth and timely process.
- Maintain
accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Previous
experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service preferred.
- Strong
verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability
to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge
of the automotive industry is an asset but not required.
