About 

We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to own the early stages of hiring, support managers, and build strong community partnerships. You’ll post jobs, screen candidates, run interviews, track data, and help create a smooth experience from application to offer.

What You’ll Do

• Post all job ads and keep them accurate and on‑brand.
• Conduct phone screens + first‑round interviews.
• Present top candidates with clear notes and recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain strong communication.
• Perform references and background checks.
• Keep candidate records organized in the ATS.
• Support onboarding by coordinating required documents.
• Represent TAG at career fairs, school events, and community programs.
• Build partnerships with schools, training providers, and government agencies.
• Track hiring activity, update weekly reports, and support dashboards.
• Conduct wage/market research to support competitive hiring.

Schedule: Permanent; Full-time

Compensation: $50,000 per year 

What You Bring

• Minimum 2+ years recruitment or HR/talent coordination experience.
• Strong structured interviewing skills.
• Experience with ATS tools and job boards.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple searches.
• Strong communicator who builds positive relationships.
• Understanding of BC employment standards and equitable hiring.
