What We're Looking For:
A motivated sales professional with 1+ year commission sales experience
Competitive, self-driven and goal-oriented
Excellent with providing exceptional customer experiences and relationship building
Comfortable working CRM systems
Valid VSA license or the ability to attain one within 2 months
Valid Class 5 BC License with a clean driver abstract and hold a BC Class 5 driver’s license (clean abstract)
Ready to grow in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
Your Day-to-Day
Serve as a trusted product expert by remaining a guru on Stellantis vehicle features, trim levels, packages, and available add-ons, staying current through training, product updates, and hands-on experience.
Confidently guide customers through a winning TAG sales experience, designed around transparency, clear communication, and thoughtful identification of customer needs.
Conduct needs-based consultations to understand customer goals, lifestyle considerations, and budget, and recommend vehicle options and enhancements that deliver the right fit and long-term value.
Clearly explain vehicle features, technology, protection products, and add-ons in a way that is informative, engaging, and easy for customers to understand.
Build trust and credibility through strong product knowledge, proactive follow-up, and consistent communication throughout the customer journey.
Take ownership of the full sales process—from initial engagement through delivery—ensuring a seamless, well-managed, and professional experience.
Actively seek opportunities to improve personal performance, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
Collaborate with internal teams to support accurate documentation, delivery coordination, and a positive end-to-end customer experience.
Represent the TAG brand with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset while contributing to a high-performing sales culture.
