Who We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience as an automotive Service Advisor or in a related customer‑facing automotive role
- Strong customer service mindset — friendly, professional, and attentive
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and experience with DMS systems such as PBS, CDK, Tekion, or similar
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and stay organized under pressure
- Motivated, positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
Schedule: Full‑Time
Compensation: $23–$45/hour
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Customer Service: Greet customers, listen attentively to concerns, and ensure a smooth service experience
- Inspections & Quotes: Perform thorough multi‑point inspections and create accurate estimates using MPI software
- Warranty & Contracts: Verify warranty eligibility and clearly explain coverage, exclusions, and next steps
- Communication: Collaborate closely with Service Technicians and keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Maintenance Recommendations: Use service history and vehicle condition to recommend necessary repairs and maintenance
- Provide clear timelines, set expectations, and follow up promptly with customers
