Who We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of recent experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor
- Previous dealership experience is a strong asset
- Experience with truck accessories and modifications is an asset
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers, technicians, and teammates
Schedule: Full‑Time
Compensation: $4,000 per month + commission
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers at the parts counter
- Communicate and promote parts, accessories, and current specials
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly
- Support Service Advisors by providing accurate labour estimates when needed
- Collaborate with Service and Sales teams to ensure timely parts delivery
- Process payments for retail customers when required
- Stock inventory, maintain an organized warehouse, and assist with inventory counts
- Stay current with manufacturer warranty procedures and liaise with factory representatives
- Support the department with housekeeping tasks and product knowledge updates
- Communicate clearly about backorders, delays, or delivery concerns
- Take on additional duties as assigned by Management
