Who We’re Looking For:
- Passion for sales, customer service, and relationship‑building
- 1+ years of experience in automotive sales or commission‑based sales
- Motivated, professional, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively create and maintain customer relationships
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar
- Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
Schedule: Full‑Time; Permanent
Compensation: $80,000 – $150,000 (Commission Based)
What Your Day Will Look Like:
Promote and sell new and pre‑owned vehicles with a customer‑first approach
Educate customers on vehicle features, options, and available finance programs
Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently
Stay informed on current automotive products, features, incentives, and industry trends
Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow‑up and ongoing communication
Develop new business through referrals, prospecting, and community engagement
Collaborate closely with sales management, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer
