Who We’re Looking For:

• Passion for sales, customer service, and relationship‑building
• 1+ years of experience in automotive sales or commission‑based sales
• Motivated, professional, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively create and maintain customer relationships
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar
• Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract

Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $80,000–$150,000 per year (Commission Based)

What Your Day Will Look Like:

• Promote and sell new and pre‑owned vehicles with a customer‑first approach
• Educate customers on vehicle features, options, and available finance programs
• Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently
• Stay informed on current automotive products, features, incentives, and industry trends
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow‑up and ongoing communication
• Develop new business through referrals, prospecting, and community engagement
• Collaborate closely with sales management, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer
