Looking for a strategic leadership opportunity with one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies? Trotman Auto Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead omnichannel marketing strategy across our growing portfolio of dealerships and OEM brands.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience leading a strategic, omnichannel marketing function within a high‑growth retail environment
  • Proven experience building, mentoring, and leading small, high‑performing marketing teams
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing platforms, trends, and performance measurement
  • Highly analytical with strong strategic planning, project management, and problem‑solving skills
  • Results‑driven mindset with a focus on lead generation, conversion, and ROI
  • Strong leadership presence and the ability to collaborate effectively with executive stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to be on‑site and travel within the Lower Mainland as required (some overnight travel may be needed)


Schedule: Full‑Time


What Your Day Will Look Like:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategies across 12 dealerships and 14 OEM brands
  • Collaborate with dealership leadership and internal stakeholders to align marketing objectives with business goals
  • Oversee advertising campaigns to ensure brand alignment, performance optimization, and strong ROI
  • Lead and mentor a small, entrepreneurial marketing team focused on brand management and traffic generation
  • Manage and collaborate with external agencies and contractors where specialized expertise is required
  • Define, track, and report real‑time marketing KPIs to ensure transparency and data‑driven decision‑making
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Partner closely with the President of Operations to ensure alignment between marketing strategy and company objectives
  • Manage departmental budgets by location, including spend allocation recommendations and annual planning
