Who We’re Looking For:
- Red Seal Journeyperson Automotive Service Technician
- Volkswagen training is an asset (earn more with brand experience)
- Pride in workmanship with consistent flat‑rate performance
- Strong diagnostic, repair, and problem‑solving skills
- Commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions
- Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Strong communication skills and positive teamwork mindset
Schedule: Full‑Time; Permanent
4‑day work week option available
Compensation: $42 - $48 per hour flat‑rate + Bonus
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Perform inspections and identify mechanical and electrical issues accurately
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards
- Follow Volkswagen repair procedures and warranty guidelines
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Support a customer‑first service experience through consistent, quality workmanship
