Who We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in a customer‑facing reception role
• Friendly, professional communicator with strong customer service skills
• Experience managing a multi‑line phone system
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a busy dealership environment
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM tools such as DealerSocket
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and teammates
• Motivated, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced setting

Schedule: Full‑Time; Monday – Thursday: 7:30am–4:00pm & Friday: 8:30am–6:00pm

Compensation: $21–$25 per hour

What Your Day Will Look Like:

• Welcome guests warmly, assist with inquiries, and direct customers to the appropriate department
• Answer and route incoming calls through a multi‑line phone system in a professional and efficient manner
• Communicate customer messages, requests, and feedback clearly to the appropriate teams and managers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and guest lounge area
• Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, data entry, and general clerical tasks
• Process customer payments accurately and professionally for services and products
