Who We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of recent experience in automotive financial services with a proven track record of success
- Valid VSA license
- Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Motivated, professional, and able to succeed in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar
Schedule: Full‑Time
Compensation: $120,000-$200,000 per year (Commission Based)
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Present and close vehicle financing and insurance products in a professional, customer‑focused manner
- Explain dealership policies, aftermarket products, and financing options clearly and transparently
- Ensure full financial disclosure and complete accurate contracts and bills of sale
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive financing terms
- Process finance applications in compliance with regulatory and dealership standards
- Prepare, package, and manage all documentation required for vehicle delivery and trade‑in liens
- Support sales consultants with deal structuring, participate in sales meetings, and train the team on finance and lease programs
