Who We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service or business development role is preferred
- Proven ability to deliver strong customer service and build relationships
- Motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to document and manage customer interactions accurately
- Proficiency with MS Office and general computer systems
- Valid BC Class 5 or 7 driver’s license with a clean abstract
Schedule: Full‑Time
Compensation: $20-$25 per hour
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to schedule service appointments
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide a high level of service both over the phone and online
- Gather customer concerns, identify service needs, and communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Technicians
- Generate service appointments by following retention and business development programs
- Provide accurate estimates and communicate service details clearly to customers
- Conduct post‑service follow‑up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions
- Support email and mail campaigns, including follow‑up with customers
- Stay up to date on manufacturer maintenance schedules, recalls, and service recommendations
