Email Marketing & SEO Specialist

About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Email Marketing & SEO Specialist will work directly with TAG’s in-house marketing/ design team to create and manage world-class email marketing campaigns as well as execute on our SEO strategy.

Schedule: Monday – Friday; Full-Time

Wage: $45K- $50K (based on experience)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
  •  Work with sales teams to optimize email marketing campaigns
  • Write content for email campaigns and blog posts
  • Ability (or willingness to learn) how to use basic HTML email templates
  • Ability (or willingness to learn) the various CRM systems
  •  Work with the team to develop an SEO strategy and then execute on it
  • Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
  • Identify key SEO KPIs
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Prepare and present reports regularly
  • Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
  •  Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization
  • Work with web developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices


Qualifications:

  •  Proven SEO experience
  •  Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  •  In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  •  Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
  • BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field
